New Plasti Dip Info

It's been six months since I did mine and it still looks like the day I did it. So far it's been through temperatures from 90+ down to 13, not counting wind chill. It can withstand mud, snow, ice, bird poop, bug bodies, wax, hail, auto car washes, gravel, and everyday touching. If you’re interested in plasti dip here are some YouTube clips on it. I will be redipping mine to camo green as soon as the weather is warmer. I will keep you all posted.

So no peeling on the door handles? I did my handles months ago and they lasted all of a week.

First off, I love my plasti-dip thanks DoubleO for the motivation to go through with it. I've had mine done for a few months now and only have a couple issues. Just like a regular paint job, prep work is key. I have a few spots where it started to peel up, but I didn't clean it too well and sprayed too thin in some areas. I used DipYourCar's sprayable gallons of camo green and mixed in some black so it's custom and rattle can black for the wheels

LunchBox, I swear you can read my mind. I was just about to do mine in camo! Both of your HHRs are sick as always.

Shortonmoney2, I had that idea too, but with black stenciling or even nose art style. Or when copper comes out in gallons I might do a steampunk theme.

I have so many ideas and this stuff is so forgiving.

You can see my 1up mushroom and "HHRSE" on the back.
