2006 radiator replacement picture
I saw on here in October a picture of the radiator which included the 4 hoses connected to it. I have been searching for over half hour and cant seem to find it.
If anyone has the link to it and could share.

I'm sure there are multiple different pictures of radiators on this site. Don't know exactly which picture you're looking for.
If you have a specific question about the radiator, just post it up here. One of our very knowledgable members can provide an answer(and maybe a pic)
I saw from one of your earlier posts that you were needing to replace your radiator. If that's what you trying to gain info on, I'm sure we've got an answer.

Since you didn't specify whether your HHR is an automatic or manual transmission model, we'll assume you have an auto trans for the sake of argument.
The radiator will have four hoses going onto it. You have the upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, and then on the left hand side there will be two smaller hoses(actually lines)for the transmission oil cooler built into the radiator.
Almost every manufacturer of replacement radiators makes them assuming that the end user has an automatic transmission. If you do, then you simply move those hoses over when you install the new assembly. If you have a 5-Speed transmission, those cooler line holes can remain plugged since they are superfluous. Here's a photo of a standard HHR replacement radiator, you can see it comes set up for four hoses, even though some HHR's only need to use two.

After you disconnect the hoses unbolt the 2 top retainers. Lift radiator out.
Easiest way to release the trans cooler lines is with a special tool available at any car parts store for less than $5.
The Cobalt is pretty much the same. I got no idea why this guy is removing headlights and bumper cover.

This one might help, at least it's an HHR, the Cobalt is different. There's more room to work in the HHR because the grille comes out of the way when you open the hood. This will show a little better how to take off some of the parts so you can get the radiator out.
Lotsa video about replacement of headlight bulbs
