Hard to tell from those pictures. (Can't make out the different color links )

Unless it's the angle of the pictures or a photo illusion, 1 thing stands out.
Exhaust seems to be a tooth off.

Intake is yellow exhaust is black so is cam. All was set according to all data print out from dealer.

Exhaust is off slightly would that cause it to stop at a 1/4 turn when intake is tightened to spec. As it spins freely until I tighten intake my next plan was to mic the intake cam lobes.

No offense, but if it's "off slightly" then it's not timed correctly. Fix that problem first before doing anything else.

The exhaust does appear to be off, the crank sprocket chain mark at 5 o'clock
