2010 HHR, Cruise control not working, Engine sputtering/ENG PWR REDUCED
You need a new #2 O2 Sensor (not Bosch). Something is wrong with the throttle position sensor, check the connectors and clean the throttle body.
Tighten the 4 bolts in the under hood fuse box, they must be very tight.
Are the codes with "P" after them permanent, current or pending? If permanent ignore them.

Bad backup light disables remote start, not cruise, I think.
Disabled cruise with certain engine problems does serve to (imperfectly) protect the engine by avoiding high-power conditions not deliberately initiated by the driver. Limp mode is the next level, I guess. IDK.

What O2 sensor brand do you recommend? And is #2 O2 the one for Bank 2/downstream?
I went to O'Reilly's and got a new gas cap to hopefully narrow a couple codes down.
Got it scanned (first image) and an O2 sensor, by the time I realized it was Bosch I just wanted out of there (long story) so I returned it today for a full refund and got scanned again (second/third image) and only thing that changed was P2135 went from stored/permanent to stored/pending/permanent.
Seems that the P on codes stood for permanent...maybe? Unsure.
Thank you all for your responses, hoping to get this all fixed soon.
Edit: Will also check sensors and clean the throttle body this weekend. Forgot to mention.

I don't entirely understand (I have very little knowledge about cars) "cat" meaning the Catalytic converter? And does that mean upstream or downstream? (Those are the options they gave me for O2 sensors..)
