Passenger Low Side Beam Won't Work

Passenger Low Side Beam Won't Work
2009 Chevy hhr passenger side low beam won't work. Any ideas? Here's what I've done so far.
1. Bought brands new bulbs. Same issue.
2. Switched bulbs to opposite sides. Same issue.
3. Checked for power at ground (black wire). Black has power, red and yellow don't.
4. Fuse is good. Checked it and replaced it just to be sure.
5. Haven't checked relay mainly because dont know how.

Another thought, has that corner of your HHR suffered any collision damage that you know of?
Body shops are great at fixing crumpled sheet metal, but many of them stink at wiring repairs.

No collisions. I thought it might be wiring, that's gonna be a pain ��

IF it is a ground wire shorted to a positive wire, you'll just have to trace it down. I say IF, because, not to question your ability, but how and exactly where did you test this.
Fwiw about checking the relay. Best way is to take another known good relay and swap it with the one for your problem headlight.
Use a like, same size relay.
The right side low beam has it's own fuse but there is just 1 relay that works both the left and right low beams.

I used one of those circuit testers with a sharp point, took off the bulb on both sides, grounded it out using the alligator clip and then tested each of the three wire ends on the socket. Black lit up and red and yellow did not. Same for both sides.

My 2 cents? Make an appointment with an auto electric shop. Pay the money and get it fixed. If you don't have the proper skill set, ( not to be rude) you will compound your problems by tackling this yourself. AKA: when the sparking stops and the smoke clears you have a burned up harness or two.
