2011 Windows

My windows will not roll up on my 2011 chevy HHR. When I press the switches (located on the drivers door,) there is a clicking sound at each door but the windows will not go up. I've taken the interior panel off the drivers side door to check the wires going to the master switch. All is secure. Help. It's raining!

Check fuses or new switch. GL.

If you hear the motors trying then they are getting power. Q.E.D. it's a mechanical problem. Strange that all 4 would bind at the same time, have any children/pranksters been sticking things in to places like window slits?

Is there a relay in the circuit? If so, it may be a relay that is acting up.

There is one relay for the windows power called RAP which has to do with the BCM. It supplies power to the RAP fuse number 17.
There are 2 fuses that control the windows. First fuse is 30 Amp number 36 and says pwr window/doors. Second fuse is 2 amp number 17 wndw RAP which stands for window retained accessory power. Check both of these. Since the drivers side and passenger side have separate ground points then I would tend to discount a ground issue.

In the 1st post you said the drivers door master switch would not roll up the windows.
Have you tried the individual door switches ? RF, RR, LR.
