I'm thinking of buying a one owner 2007 hhr lt with 10,000 miles on it however, looking at all the problems that these cars are having I may not take the chance. Do the 2007 models have less problems than the 2006 models? This is a great site. Thanks to all.

 

not many probs at all just because some have probs don't think that they all have them. lots are worry free

Hey joe! I have had my 07 for about 17 months, and will hit 14K next week. ONLY problem I have had was a latch in my sunroof breaking and the whole thing was replaced free under warranty last summer.

These forums are great as folks can post the issues they do have and that tends to be all you read about--don't like reading about others not enjoying their HHR's, but it is what it is.

So for every post about an issue, thousands of us have had NO problems!

My HHR was bought new on Jan. 1, 2007. I have not had any problems with it. The only time it has been back to the dealer was for routine maintenance, no problems with it at all. And checking the lot to see the new HHR's. Would I buy another one "YOU BET". It is a great car...

Joe I have a very early build 07/04/05 56K and I have a 07 34K and another 07 20K All three are great cars! Would I get a new one YES I Would I want a panel !!!!!!!: thumb:

 

Yes remember you only read the complaints most times.

The majority that don't have issues just don't post they had no issues.

You should be good to go.

 

I have to replace my front brakes and rotors one day, But when you have 60,000 miles on the original brakes it's time.

 

Joe if its a good deal jump on it I bought an 07 last year it had 22000 miles on I am now at 66,000 I drive the hell out it I traded my Z71 in on it and im glade i did i love this car I just hope in a few years I can buy another if they are still making them the 2.4 is a great motor also its in mine And all cars have problems there is always the few lemons out there
