So one of the chrome rings on my air vents has the chrome coming off. I want to replace it but I cannot seem to find judt the chrome ring. Althoug it easily seperates from the vent duct it seems to sellas part of the duct. I do not want to pay $25+ for this peice of chromed plastic. Does anyone know how it can be ourchased seperately?

Here it the part number 20933887or the complete air vent. You can find them online. There not very expensive.

Here is a link to a tsb for the vents it shows how to repair them and gives you the part number. When I checked gm parts direct it came up for 7.00.

Lucky, Thanks for the response but the part number you gave me is for the air distributer. I actually need the chrome ring that goes around the other part of the distrubuter. The chrome ring doesn't come as a seperate part number and the part of the air distributer it comes with is $25+.
