Very hard to see #13 for the rears #5 for the front in that diagram. I can see how a parts guy wouldn't look that closely.

I even linked the same page and didn't see that #13 hiding in there.

#13 is just a bumper. Parts diagram say's it takes 3 of #5. That is not right.

Maybe somebody enlarged the holes for reasons of their own?

I did searches here, both for 'airbox' and for 'grommet', and couldn't find a single post where someone mentioned different grommet sizes.

Looks like the bottom section may not need to be a larger diameter? You're probably going to have to go to the hardware store. Or McMaster-Carr McMaster-Carr/grommets

Nope we are the first and only owners of this car. Tried researching the # stamped on the 1 good one I have left, no luck. Parts guys at the dealer not having much luck either. Stupid stuff like this makes me want to throw the airbox in the trash and install either a K&N system or similar.

Heck. Just go to a hardware store like Lowes or HD. I'm sure you could find something close that will work.

My grommets on my 2008 LS are exactly like Steddy Teddy has. (I just had it off this weekend). I don't think a hardware store is going to have something equivalent.

When one if mine disintegrated, I modified a motorcycle side cover grommet.

I need:

#5, front left
#12
#17 x 2
#6 x 2

Anyone who is parting a HHR out should have them.

The rear ones say #5 as well, so they're probably all the same, which is fine. I
will remove one and test it at the #5 that goes to the front left.
