Why think "camshaft sensor"? It is doing its job along with the crankshaft sensor.
P0014 is "exhaust camshaft position system performance"
P0017 is "crankshaft position - exhaust camshaft position correlation"

Put those 2 together. Kind of makes sense that either the exhaust VVT valve or the exhaust phaser is at fault.
I would go for the easiest and cheapest first; new exhaust VVT valve.

Those were the first things I changed. After I changed them, a couple days later the car got worse and now throwing the P0017 code along with P0014 I'm using a Bluedriver scanner and it says 2 frequently reported fixes for the P0017 code, one is the camshaft position sensor and the other timing chain but the chain is tight. Maybe I got a bad actuator? Can I just check it with 12 volts and hear a click?

If you still have the cover off, post a photo of the chain , looking down the front part of the area where the front guide is, do you see any signs of a broken guide? Upper guide bolt missing?

From what I can see, everything looks fine. When I did my 07, the chain was stretched bad and guides worn through. This one is tight. Sorry for the big pics! lol

Saying the chain is fine doesn’t really help. Since you have a code for a possible skipped tooth, did you verify that the timing marks are still in place ?
Also. If you didn’t change the oil when you replaced the solenoids that’s probably why that code returned back then.
Solenoid replacement should always include an oil and filter change no matter how old the oil is.

It was almost due for a oil change but I didn't after the swap. I'll check the timing marks to see it they're at 10/2
