Arm rest TSB bulletin

I have a 2006 HHR and I remember a post a while ago about a TSB bullentin regarding the arm rests. The arm rest on my drivers side keeps getting lower then the other side.

Can some remember the bullentin number so I can give it to my local dealer?

You can fix it yourself in about 1/2 hour.
