Started happening when a/c is on, there is an annoying buzzing sound from the center vent dash area. The more I turn up the a/c, the louder it gets! This only happens when a/c is on. Does not get louder with acceleration

Suggestions?

 

A vagrant oak leaf stuck in the fan? Pull the cabin air filter out and look around. It could be the cabin air filter itself, since most people don't know there is one.

Always makes me think of being a kid when we put a playing card against the wheel spokes on our bicycles.
Mom used to scold us for stealing her clothes pins to hold the card(s) in place.
