Yes. #7 IS the part I replaced.
And I looked under the hood and I checked the plug,I was wrong it is a 3 prong. I know the other one they tried selling me was a 2 prong. I had my numbers transposed. I will attach pics of the box and the old part.

I can't find the TSB right now. Look especially at the breakout point that is at the EVAP valve bracket #6 in the picture above. That wire is exactly the right length and it tends to rub.
