Check engine light

Hello HHr owners. I have a problem I cant figure out. My check engine light is on and wont go off. The code is misfire on cylinder 2. I have had the compression checked- good 125lbs, replaced plugs, replaced coil pack, replaced injector, but still the light comes back on. Dont know what to do???? Help.!!!!

I have seen a weak or broken valve spring make misfires. You can check this by doing a running compression check. Can you feel it misfire at idle or higher rpms?

So what code number was that? Is it possible you were given a bad code reading?

Some misfire codes don't mean that a cylinder is actually mis firing. You have to do the entire diagnostic procedure starting with the code number.

I had the same cylinder misfire code and it turned out to be moisture in the fuel system.

"I have had the compression checked- good 125lbs,"

for 10:1 CR that's on the low side.. Did you test COLD or HOT, & was throttle wide open ?

Did you test all 4 holes for comparison ?
