I work PT at a Parts Store so I do get a discount, Interesting seeing the parts in hand, Learning more about car parts, even though I can not fix it myself I like knowing what they are lol Is it a good idea to cnahge the sway bar links even though I really do not notice a issue, I figure since it will be up in the air for the struts /shocks labor will be a minor issue :) Sorry for the dumb question's, Planning on keeping my HHR for awhile ,but may go to one of my grandson's so I want it done right :)

Thanks again

Buy Moog sway bar links (10"). Some people call them end links. Good part and they're greasible. Original ones (OEM) made a clunking noise that so many complained about.

If you are doing struts you must remove the top link nut; you are half way there already.

Yes, Moog K750012. They are the correct length for your HHR.

I undo the nut on the swaybar end then just leave the old link attached to the strut. Less busted knuckles!

Hello, reading these posts about front end links, I realized that the most current was from 2011. Anyway, several folks state that the 10" link should fit all HHR's, the OEM links I replaced were the longer length and checking with RockAuto the part number they show for my 2007 is also for the 10" link. I think mine need replacing again but in a quandary as to the size now. Any recommendations?
