I am still waiting to see our first HHR SS in for any repairs. I would check the hose clamp and if that's not it, that take it to your dealer for a new radiator.

Not a hose....cant really find were its coming from other than just seeping from the end tank.....call the dealer said they would look at it on Tues....they were talking about re-clamping the end tank...i think i would much rather have a new rad. it only has 750 miles on it.

I would have a pressure/dye test performed first to see if it's something simple like a clamp. Why start ripping things out of a new vehicle if you don't have to?

Glued and then tabs bent over. We never repair one with a tank seam leak. Always replace.

Thanks....

I had one pulled apart a couple years back and had larger end tanks installed for extra cooling capacity....about 3/4 quart.

Kind of kicking that idea around for the HHR. When climbing the mountains here (AZ). I experience coolant temps of 220-230 for quite a long time.
