When the A/C is on the cooling fan is on.

Dont trust the water level in your recovery tank.
Take the radio cap off and see if you got water in there?
Report back ur find

Turn the AC on and see if it drops. That will start the fan running. I'm assuming an air flow problem if it gets hot while stopped. My 2006 runs 195 to 196 once it's up to temperature and I've never seen it hotter.
