crankshaft sensor wiring

the wires pulled out of the plug on the crank sensor does anybody know what order they go back in it is a 2007 hhr

What liter engine 2.0 2.2 or 2.4?

No 2.0 in 2007. They appear to be the same 2.2 or 2.4.

1 - blue-green
2 - purple
3 - yellow

Which side of the pin connector are we looking at , the in or the out side?

That appears to be with them connected what it looks like. I see the clip, and the plug in the clip, if my eyes do not deceive.

Well, this is odd. I just looked in the repair manual.

1.Lt green
3.Yellow (yes it shows pin #3 to be in the middle)
2. Purple

Now, mine and db/sb's show the wires/colors to be in the same numbered slots, BUT my diagram shows the slots numbered different than db/sb's picture.

My bad, I should have included both views for perspective. Fireman, is yours from the 2007 manual? That's where mine came from:
