the chime speed does not change , it only stops when the car is started or the key is in the run position

Door switches all seem to be working . Are the headlights set to "auto"? Headlights on auto Is the CheckEngineLight on? the check engine light just came on for "power steering". Is the hood securely latched? yes Is remote start turned on? not sure how do you check it Have you read the Owner Manual? some of it
If you were at the dealer why didn't you have them address the problem ?

If the speed had increased, I would have suspected the headlight switch. Since it did not increase, I suspect the ignition switch. The switch was replaced under recall, so I would hope that the dealer would fix this issue at no charge to you.

don't have great trust in dealers , they seem to want to charge for every little thing and if it is not covered your stuck with a huge bill but it looks like I dont have much choice

About the only thing the dinging can be is a fault in the "key in" sensor. Which, I am fairly sure was part of the recalls.

You will need to go to a dealership for the power steering warranty. You have a lifetime warranty on PS motor replacement, they may claim that they are unaware of it; direct them to Chevrolet.
