Dash lights dim
 

The dash lights and digital read outs are dim most times (day light) as if it was night time and dark out. If I shut the auto lights off then the dash brightens up. Dealer has no clue on a fix. Anyone else with is issue?

I also get phantom warning lights. Tire pressure soars to 46 lbs then says pressure problem and brakes warning comes on randomly. Input welcome.

If you turn the auto lamps off and the dash lamps get brighter that tells me that the head lamps are on even when it is bright out. may have a faulty light sensor of you have somthing on your dash thats blocking the light so your car thinks it is dark out. the sensor is in the middle of the dash between the defroster vents.

I agree with your assumption, but the dealer is not.. Gonna find a different dealer..Thanks and have a great Turkey Day

Ambient light sensor went nuts by the sounds of it, a better dealer should be able to diagnose it and fix it with no problem.
