06-07 have different manifolds for 2.2 and 2.4. I think that is the #1 O2 sensor location. 08-11 use the same part.
Most of the replacement downpipes have a bung for the sensor and include a bolt for blocking any extra bung.

I must have burned too many brain cells in my party days. I went back out there and could not find a crack in the manifold, turns out it was a shadow that looked like a crack. My exhaust leak is actually all the way in the back, the pipe right before it goes into the muffler has a hole in it. For some odd reason, it sounds just like it is coming from under the hood when driving. Probably because I am so damned used to that flex pipe right in front of the cat breaking.

The good news is, looks like I can get a replacement exhaust from just past the cat all the way back from rock auto for $190 shipped and it seems it’s all bolt on. Fantastic!

Get stainless if you can. Or just fix the hole.

The muffler may look fine but is prolly all corroded and plugged up inside.

Yeah it’s all pretty rusted. My first thought was to see about some type of exhaust tape but nah, $190 for the complete system past the cat is fair. I don't even want to attempt separating the old muffler from the pipe trying to be cheap.

The lesser option from rock auto is aluminized steel kit, $7 more gets you the stainless steel kit. Not sure about aluminized but I’ll spring the little extra for the better one. We love this car

Aluminized isn’t much different than a little zinc plating, aka electro galvanized. Don’t expect it to hold the rust off long.

Stainless is a lot better. How much better depends on the alloy and thickness. 2X price, 4X life, good deal.

The rubber hangers do provide electrical insulation, reducing galvanic corrosion.

I already ordered the stainless one, supposed to be here Tuesday. It was only $7 more, makes no sense
