The purge valve and solenoid and look to be within specs, blew out the charcoal canister and lines. So far with all the problems I have read about and fixes I have tried nothing has worked. Any further help would be appreciated......Thx

 

What exactly is this? Do you mean that as you pump gas in, it blows back at you? Sounds like an obstruction.

It means that the purge valve is faulty or the vent is clogged.
On an '06 you will need the pigtail adapter, many times it is included in the box.

Yes the gas flows backup to the nozzle and shuts it off......I have blown out the lines best as possible and really have found nothing.

 

The vent valve is clear and seems to be functioning/canister is clear.....purge valve also seems to be functioning as far as voltages being within spec. I have been thinking it is a intermittent voltage drop, but does that have a bearing on pumping gas even when the cel is out or 2 separate problems?.......

 

If the vent valve is stuck closed the air has no where to go when the gas goes in. Like filling a soda bottle with a 5/8 hose.
It is vent system PERFORMANCE. A few years ago, I think it was Honda, had to redesign the filler tube because some breed of spider loves gasoline vapor. They clogged the system causing p0446.
