Here's the parts you need to know to add fluid.
The oil level control plug (65) is located on the torque converter side of the transmission right hand axle seal passenger side.
Start the engine and allow the engine to idle until the transmission fluid temperature has reached the value specified.
Depress the brake pedal and move the shift lever through the gear ranges, pausing a few seconds in each range. Return the shift lever to the PARK range.
Notice: Refer to Transmission Fluid Vent Cap Removal Notice in the Preface section.
Remove the fluid vent cap.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist. The vehicle must be level, with the engine running and the shift lever in the PARK range. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
Caution: The engine must be running when the transmission fluid fill plug is removed, or excessive fluid loss will occur. Transmission fluid may be hot. Since the actual fluid level is unknown, stand clear when removing the fill plug. Have a container ready to capture any lost fluid. Do not turn the engine off with the fill plug removed, as you can be injured by hot transmission fluid being expelled out of the oil fill opening.
Remove the transmission oil level control plug (65). See drawing above.
Important: The transmission fluid may darken with normal use and does not always indicate contamination or oxidation.
Check the fluid color. If necessary, use a small screwdriver as a dipstick. Check the fluid level. The fluid level should be even with the bottom of the threaded plug hole. Add DEXRON®VI automatic transmission fluid in increments of 0.5 L (0.5 qt) until the fluid drains from the plug hole.
Important: Before installing the fill plug, apply GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) to the thread of the line pressure plug.
Allow fluid to finish draining out of the plug hole. Install the plug and tighten to specified value.
Wipe any excess fluid from the transmission with a rag or shop towel.
Install the fluid vent cap.

Second issue is that my factory remote start don't work, it wasn't working before the accident.
I lock the doors with the remote hit the start button and the horn honks at me 3 times and flashes the parking lights 3 times but no start.
I tried new batteries in both fobs and left the car battery disconnected for 3 days when i was out of town. and no luck.

I noticed nobody has mentioned anything about your remote start. I had the same problem until I saw this TSB in a different thread. (Please accept my apology for not remembering who posted it ... ChevyMgr maybe?)

#PIC5038: RVS Inoperative / Horn Chirp When RVS Function Is Performed - keywords beep button chirp fob function horn inop intermittent key keyless locate no pressed performed remote start - (Nov 20, 2008)
Subject: RVS Inoperative/Horn Chirp When RVS Function is Performed
Models: 2006-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt
2006-2009 Chevrolet HHR
2007-2009 Pontiac G5
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
A customer may comment the Remote Start is inoperative. When attempting an RVS event the customer will hear three horn chirps and park lights flash.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The three horn chirps should be used as a key indicator for what is causing the RVS not to work properly.
While monitoring the key fob data list, technicians should perform a RVS function, When you press the RVS button on the keyfob, the data list will show "locate" instead of "Start/RVS/Engine".
This issue has been identified as an internal concern with the keyfob. Keyfob replacement should resolve this issue.

I took it into the dealer with a copy of the TSB and they replaced both key fobs and it works like a charm.
Good luck!
