HHR 2008 Won't start or crank...

2008 HHR out of the blue will not start or crank over!
• No lights on the dash are on - No Engine or Security light
• Checked fuse and Relays under the hood OK
• New Battery
• Pulled starter out took it to get checked They said it was Good...
• The Key is fine
Looking to see if anyone might have been in this spot and what did you do to get
It back going again. If you have had this happen and got it fixed..!

1. check the large red wire connecting to the fuse box. Is there voltage going into the fuse box?

2. check the grounds. 1 is on the radiator support driver side, another on the motor below the oil filter.

3. Check the starter fuse and relay.
