I just checked my 2006 shop manual; there is no learn for MAP or MAF.
There is a procedure for learning the CKP, crank position sensor. Trans in N or P, warmed to operating temp, Hold throttle at WOT (at fuel cutoff RPM) until fuel cutoff occurs immediately let go to idle, done.
You have to find out what the fuel cutoff RPM is, do not let the WOT get to the auto cutoff. Sounds silly, but you need a scan tool to find out the cutoff RPM.
