Have you gotten it to crank yet ?
I watched your vid on FB . What sensor tells the car the clutch is depressed ?
Just a thought and just asking ....

Sweet Jesus in heaven I've found it!!! The reason the computer was off, the source of the leftover 13mm nut.... It was a bloody ground wire, I'm guessing for the ecm specifically. It's just a small post terminal connector that juts out of the harness half way to the starter and reaches over to a post on either the engine or trans I didn't care to notice lol I just it and the nut on the post and redid everything back up, it was tucked close to the harness and thats why I didn't see it. So now I am getting info from the ECM on the dash, and when I turn the key the starter solenoid actually clicks. I'm thinking now that the battery hasn't got enough charge to start, waiting on the wife to get home so I can jump it with the Aztek.

Oh and to answer you question Greg, the clutch safety switch is at the top of the pedal mechanism.

So, evidently it's not good to have left over parts? I guess I'll have to start being more careful.

Absolutely resolved!! Man having a new clutch is a beautiful thing, she pulls like new. It's also amazing how much turmoil one wire can cause.
