No Fuel
I have a 2010 HHR - 80,000 miles
It crank over and is getting no power to fuel pump. If I jump pump, pump runs car runs, fuse and relay are good?
Is there any recall on fuse box or is there something I'm missing here?

Have you checked the power into the fuse box?
There is a TSB on earlier HHR's regarding the fuse boxes not being installed correctly. The box is 2 pieces and upon joining the two sections together one or more male pins are bent. SOMETIMES pushing down on the box TEMPORARILY provides enough contact to operate again.
I guess the question could be where did you jump from and to where? Or did you just run a hot lead down from the battery?
