I told about that oil slinging. The seal can be replaced with the front cover in place.

 

Yup. Once I pulled all that plastic out of the way it was easy to identify.
I've since cleaned the area up and am driving it a bit with the fender liner off to see where any new leakage can be spotted.

A new driver, tensioner, bolt, and seal have arrived and I'm looking for a rental tool to hold the balancer in place. If I can't find one, I might just buy one for $60 and resell it.

 

But not for to long , get it fixed .

 

If I can find the tool I'll have it fixed before the weekend. If not, I'll fix it next week. It might get 100 miles on it, tops, before getting fixed.
I left the plastic panel of so I can monitor it closely.

 

What tool?

 

I don't have good luck and it's my daily driver so I'll wait for the tool.

 

Please post a picture of the tool when you get it.
