p0016 and check engine light not working Need help in Cleveland
Oh and no chance of me making it home this week. Some one didn't blow out the darn water lines in the TBM and guess what happens when they freeze. Broken flow meters, heat syncs, hoses, ect. I can't begin testing until we restore the water system. Pain in my... Guess what happens when electrical components freeze...nothing, they could care less. Wish we had a HYD tech on site. I'd rather get zapped than soaked. It's bloody cold here in Montreal!
Someone dropped the ball on me.

With our Oklahoma project Whitewater Rafting in OKC | Boathouse District some of the the large by huge water water pumps were damaged in shipment. These water pumps (6) flow up to 85-86K of water each, 3 are damaged and had to be pulled so they are doing some of the flow testing with the remaining 3. Our gate isn't operational yet so they've been using a crane to lift and block it, that being said what do you thing I have to look forward to when we go back? Film at eleven as they say.
I feel for ya man. good luck and be safe
Quick update! so far only found a malibu engine at pull a part a guy had a engine and trans from a 2011 hhr for 600bucks pretty killer deal not sure if its possible to make that work though but thats were im at so far
An engine from PAP is 159.99 + 55 core. If you buy any used engine I would recommend the same rebuild procedures. Head gasket, timing set, water pump, etc. At 600, you'll be looking near 1300 to complete a rebuild. If we pick one out ourselves your probably close to 700 total. I found 8 just doing a part interchange search at Cleveland west.
Still no signs of getting out a Montréal! Get this, apparently in Canada you don't need to be certified to make high voltage connections...only your employer (who is suppose to guide you/check your work)
As an electrician, I don't trust anyone. When I was all ready for my testing I went up to check the incoming 5000v feed cable. The "electrician" left all the semiconductors around all 3 phases. Had I just thrown the switch without checking other people's work they would've been sending me home in a box instead of on a plane! Not only that, the TBM transformers would've blown causing millions in damages and probably killing everyone in the tunnel...nice!
Now I'm hoping for Thursday, again.
