P0036 P0141 P0054 codes
 

In April CEL came on read the codes thought it was the oxygen sensor replaced it. cleared it and it was good for about a month and a half. Light came back on checked it again thought the sensor went bad and placed it again cleared it and the light came back on. So here is what I got off the code reader first one in April the second one two days ago. Any suggestions thanks.

What o2 sensor did you install, Bosch is known to be a problem.
Also inspect the wires for any chaffing loose pins

Yes it was a Bosch and I don't see any wire chafing

P0054 is "HO2S Heater Resistance Sensor 2" Doesn't say is it's high or low.

IDK what the resistance should be but you might want to check it with both the old and new senor.

Might need to check the wires for resistance. They're old enough that they can have corrosion inside even if the insulation looks good. Might need to replace the harness connector.

Because nothing changed, the original O2 sensor might be good.

The heaters are fused.

Where might this fuse be? I like to check the easy stuff first.

Is the CEL on now? If not, those are just stored codes. Permanent is the same as historic, just there for diagnostic reasons.
There might be a wire problem going tp the #2 O2 sensor (after cat)
If your new sensor is Bosch that is the problem. The P0036 caused the other 2.
You might check that fuse #33 under hood is seated fully.

Okay I found it fuse 33 it has power both sides of the fuse. So unplugged the oxygen sensor put the key in the arm position and checked the pins for power none of them have power. Shouldn't one have power while that fuse has power? Or does the vehicle need to be running?

Yes 33 is fully seated, and I checked all four pins that plug into the sensor and none of them have power. Shouldn't one have power? From the fuse
And yes the light is still on. Causing the car not to be able to remote start

Please do not disregaurd that Bosch O2 sensors can cause issues with these HHR's
