P0172 code
Year, model and engine size would help. Info like mileage, how long you've owned it, etc. would be useful too.
And, Do you mean P0072 ? Or P0172 ? Your post is missing a numerical.
(putting this in the Fuel Economy thread is the wrong place )

I am guessing you mean P0172? Any other codes?
P0172 means too rich A/F mixture.
Probably have a bad injector or fuel pump or MAF sensor or they left an exhaust or vacuum leak.

Sorry haven't been on sight for a while didn't mean to offend just looking for help from other hhr owners o thought under fuel economy might be the place since mine is crashing. Owned car for over 10 years, have put over 150k myself, LT Spring Edition
Was asking for some confirmation on the CEL code since the one you originally posted was not an actual OBD code number.
Would hate to send you on a wild goose chase because you posted up a bad CEL number.
