Somebody a few days ago solved all of their problems by finding and fixing the crack in the PCV hose and the intake tube.

I would love for it to be that easy. My road has been rocky thus far.

I've got the Torque Pro app. Not really sure how you would use that to diagnois a problem like you have. I basically use mine as a code reader.

So, here is what the hard start sounds like with the rough idle after the car has been sitting. I have to hit the gas pedal to get it to fire. Just wanted to share with everyone.

Torque pro does do real time readings for most of the OBD2 inputs.

I counted about 3 seconds for the engine to start by looking at the tach.. How fast do you think it should start ?
Just a thought but don't know. Could the TPS be out a spec ? That's why you have to hold your foot down to get it to start ? Holding your foot down tells the ECM to have a longer pwm to the injectors which equals more fuel.
Yes I realize if there is a problem with the TPS there should be a code.
Again it's a shot in the dark.

That's only with me applying the gas. Then it stumbles roughly, then it smooths out.
And remote start won't fire the car after it sitting. It will crank, just no start.

It won't start after sitting without me apply my foot to the gas pedal a bit.

As far as the TPS, possibly. Is there reset for it? I'm hoping the good scanner my buddy has should tell me a bit more.
