That's a damaged or discharged battery. Probably not why it won't start, but will likely give you problems. It wouldn't start before you did the work either.

So just finally got a new battery.Installed it,tried to start the car,nothing!It turns but won't start.Any suggestions?

Double check the timing chain, a compression test will reveal any bent valves.
