Popping noise front end braking and turning

Ok everyone my first post here with a question search revealed nothing like the issue im having on a 08 hhr. Heres the situation my local dealer has seen and made numerous repairs for brake pulsation and front end noise. The front end noise is my concern they have not be able to fix, i can get car to make the noise at will i can press the brake at 5-10mph and turn the wheel i hear a pop in from front end, can feel in floor as well, does this turning both ways...Jba in glen burnie, md has had the car for 2 weeks this month alone last time picking it up friday late to still have the noise. They have replace sway bar links and bushings, both struts with jouncers and caps, right ball joint and lastly stabilizer bar clips and lube. Lemon law says nothing can be done outside of 15month/15k miles...

Can you make the same noise by opening ans shutting the doors? If so it could be the same issue I had. Anytime there was a pressure gradient in the cabin, ie. opening closing doors accelerating or decelerating, or sudden change in direction i would hear a squeek/squeal. Turns out it was a broken recirculating door flap. They changed it out and it hasn't done it again

Ok, Just thought It might help you. Mine sounded like it was coming from the passenger side suspension too. Turned out it was actually behind the glove box. It was strange. Hope you find out what your wierd noise is.

I have the same noises you have, and have scheduled a visit to the dealer in early august.

Has anyone figured this out yet? i have a 2010 with the same problem. dealer said every part of the suspension is tight and that its "nothing to worry about". I call shenanigans.
Any thoughts? Anyone?

My 06 LS had the stabilizer links replaced due to noise when going over bumps in the winter, but I never had popping sounds from the brakes. Weird. Wish I could help.

I don't think its from the brakes, merely presents itself when braking.
