Problem with 2007 keyless auto start
I have a 2007 HHR and LOVE it. I have had no issue with it up until now.
I d/c the battery per instruction in the manual and was gone for 6 months.
When I returned I reconnected the battery and everything works fine EXCEPT I cannot auto start the car with the remote. The fob will lock and unlock the doors so it shouldn't be the battery. Is there a way for me to re-program the auto-start feature without going to the dealership?
