Cool pulls to right on acceleration

I've had this happen to me twice now. When i have accelerated from a stop the steering wheel spun to the right in my hand. if i had not had a good grip on the wheel i would have ended up in the other lane. It was like one tire was on ice and the other was digging in. Is'nt the transaxel like a possatraction? both wheels grab at the same time. Any ideas?

I like the fact these motors make enough power that you notice the torque steer!

Great description of the symptoms/problem.
Can someone explain in a bit more detail for those of us (me) that doesn't quite know what 'torque steer' is. Is some thing broke if we experience torque steer?
I have an idea of what it is just from those 2 simple words.
Perhaps some one can put it in terms simple folk like me can understand.

It's when more power and torque is going to one of the axles than the other.
Like a rear wheel drive car or truck with out a posie track rear end. spines one tire more then the other Nothing to be alarmed about. Like what all above said. It's cool that the car makes enough torque to get this.

Hope I'm right! lol

Guess that means you shouldn't have your cell phone in one hand, and your coffee in the other when you step on the gas !!
