I recently purchased a used 2008 Chevy HHR LT from a dealership and I just noticed that whenever I shut down the car and lock it up, all the interior lights turn off except for the radio buttons stay dimly lit. The button lights will stay on all night. The radio itself turns off and cannot be turned on.

I am assuming the radio button lights are supposed to turn off completely. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks for any feedback.

I'm taking my car into the dealership tomorrow so they can take a look at it.

I'll let you guys know what the problem is and how they will fix it just in case someone else gets the same problem.
