rear passenger side floor?

when i went to get floor mats for my new to me 2011 HHR i noticed that the passenger rear floor was raised in the center and not flat like the drivers side. i never really looked under the car to investigate until last week and found out that it appears someone tried to jack up the car in that spot. saying that it appears its right in front of the fuel tank and the E-brake cable runs through it. plus inside is there wires or anything else that run under there. i would like to get a block of wood and a sledge hammer to flatten it back out but dont want to damage anything in the process. would like to know whats under there. plus looking underneath it looks like some plugs that can be removed in that spot too? sorry for the long post. thanks

Pull the carpet away from that spot before beating on it. You'll be able to see if any wires or other things are in the way. If you leave the carpet in place while hammering, you could rip or split the carpet.
Those plugs are probably just the holes that are used when forming and producing the floor pan at the factory. There's numerous ones all over. Production mold holes generally are sealed and plugged if the holes intrude into the interior.

thanks. what about anything on the underside? looks like the e brake cable runs around there? is it double walled or have a "cavity" between the inside and outside?

Those holes are for when the car is dipped in the paint shop before painting. they actually drain the elpo from the elpo dip tank.
