Rear tire rubbing/Uneven wear

How's it going fellas? Got a slight problem here and I appologize if this is already on another forum, couldn't find anything on it. I've een getting a rubbing noise from my rear passenger side tire and the tire is worn about an inch or so from the outside wall towards the middle. The middle and inside if the tire have no issues. I can not find any area inside the fender where there is signs of rubbing. I replaced the strut this weekend along with swapping the spring and tire from the driver's side to see if that would fix the issue ond it did nothing. Now I;ve noticed the new tire on that side has signs of wear about an inch into the thread. The oddest part is it only rubs around 60 mph. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd load pictires but can not figure out how to.

So, you're running Goldline lowering springs and different size rims/tires ?

I would look a little closer for a rubbing area. Like straight above the tires.

Fwiw. There are no struts on the back. Just shocks. Plus. Shocks or struts should be replaced in pairs.(do both sides)

I'm running Gold line springs with KYB shocks and struts on 18" Solstice wheels. I've had them on for about three years and would only rub occasionally when I had a lot of weight in the rear. Now it's doing it everyday with just me in the car and no sound system. Easily 100lbs less. I did replace both shocks. I have not gotten an alignment recently though.

I'll ask again for firemangeorge:- what is the size of the tire you are running?

That is the determining factor. Rim size has nothing to do with it.

Don't Solstice rims require a spacer for clearance , any pictures of this area of wear on the tire ?
