Reverse not working seems like car is in limp mode otherwise

So I took a video of it running starting in park on the shifter shifting through the shifter
This is what it is doing when shifting through the gears starting at :
Park
Reverse
Neutral
Drive
Intermediate
Low
Then slowly back up:
Low
Intermediate
Drive
Neutral
Reverse
Park
it will start in neutral
