Sometimes a roar, a BRRRRRRRUM. You may smell an unusual odor, kind of like a solvent.

But usually that would give only the "lean" code.

FWIW Along with the injector suggestion, fluctuating fuel pressure can also cause a fuel trim swing.

I hear no unusual sounds when engine is running or odor. Will get fuel pressure tested once i get to it.
