Runs for 3 minutes then shuts down
Don't know why my previous posts aren't listed but here's where I'm at with the car running. Over the long weekend and after several ~7 minute failures, the car eventually ran for ~20 minutes before I shut it off. Yesterday it ran for ~30 minutes before I shut it off. Today I drove it 30 minutes and had the oil changed. On the 30 minute drive back I got a CEL P0102 MAF sensor error. I've cleaned it before and will attempt to again and let the panel know of my progress. Thanks for everyone's ongoing support!

Can I say that I think I solved the problem without jinxing myself?
Let me start by saying that I think the entire problem was due to fuel! Thanks to Member Bacaaj suggesting that he had the same issue tied to fuel, and I tried to get higher octane fuel with injector cleaner (Seafoam) thru the system. IMO, this is why I was not getting any CEL before shutting down.
The first CEL I was finally able to get was a MAP error on the Intake sensor which I replaced since the car has 225k miles. This sensor had oil sludge caked on it as the car needed an oil change so I replaced it and cleaned the exhaust sensor which also had sludge. The car ran the same but the CEL was cleared.
Member Bacaaj (See post) said he had a similar issue of the car shutting down and decided to get higher octane fuel into the tank to finally get it to run much better. I could only add 5 gallons treated to the already full tank and continually tried starting the car and was successful in getting it to run ~7 minutes before shutting down with no CEL. After numerous attempts over Memorial weekend, I finally got the car to run for 20 minutes before I turned it off and the next day for 30 minutes.
The following day I took it to get the oil change and it ran fine but on the way home I got a MAF Sensor (P0102) and Intake Air Temp sensor (P0113) CELs. Member OldBlue suggested cleaning the MAF and replacing it if needed after checking wiring/ground. I did all of those things suggested by OldBlue but the car started running as before shutting down after ~5 minutes. I started to look at the P0113 CEL and backtracked to the MAP sensor that I had installed earlier in this thread.
Having had the oil changed could have caused some loose connections around the air cleaner. This is when I noticed the MAF Intake sensor I had replaced was not totally seeded because the holding clasp for the sensor had not completely closed. I reseeded the MAF sensor and started the car up and it car fine for the next 30 minutes.
I've decided to not clear the CELs as I've read that they should clear themselves with normal driving. I sure hope that happens here! If I run into any more problems, I'll let the panel know. I want to thank each and everyone who added comments to this string. I've started a regimen of adding fuel injector cleaner with higher octane gas to the fleet. While adding operating costs to the bottom line, she's back to hauling adult beverages starting tomorrow! Signing off. Bulletproof!

That MAF sensor can get knocked loose during an oil filter change, I always make sure the harness is tightly plugged into the MAF , after any engine work and particularly an oil filter change.

IF you had a carburetor I might buy the fuel having water in it, settling in the bowl and intermittently getting sucked in. Octane has little to do with idling.
The intake air temp sensor is part of the MAF sensor, not the MAP sensor. P0102 combined with P0113 points directly to the MAF connector. A disconnected MAF sensor would prevent the computer from going into closed loop mode so the #1 O2 sensor would never get into use. Maybe somehow after a few minutes of running the MAF connector wobbles back on causing the ECM to get into closed loop and the glopped up O2 sensor shut it down.
