Most big box parts stores will loan fuel pressure gauges. Relieve the pressure by wrapping a rag around the relief port in the tool and pressing the button.
In your case it is important to monitor the gauge for a few minutes after the pump turns off, that tests the check valve that keeps the tubes primed.

I just want to follow up on this sluggish cold start issue. I could not find anyone with the ability to test the ethanol percent so I put in a new air filter, ran some premium fuel and added fuel injector cleaner. None of this helped at first. Each time I bought more fuel I added a little more fuel injector cleaner. I wanted to see if this would work before cleaning the throttle body. After doing this for about two weeks the issue cleared up completely. The engine starts right up every time and runs just fine. Thanks to everyone who helped. Much appreciated.

Thank you for the follow up!

My thought as well. Auto Parts Tests for FREE , if you don't have the stuff.

Glad it worked out.

To clarify, I was suggesting you check the stored ethanol % value in the ECM with a scanner. But a faulty value does sometimes sort itself out after one or multiple refuelings.
