I am hearing different things ...some say to replace the small fixed vent window is easy and does not require removing the larger door window glass ...others say it's a bigger job requiring taking out the larger window.....would super appreciate your help and I am not sure why they call it a vent window....it's fixed and doesn't open

I see the diagram and instructions but I don't understand it actually ....do I just remove those two screws and somehow I can get the new small vent window in without removing the larger window? ..I hope someone can clarify the procedure for me

You need to look at the "refer to"s.

The smaller window is part of the whole window frame/trim. the trim is held in with the 2 screws and the pinch weld flanges.
