SS jack points - can't find markings
OK, I got curious today and was looking at where I should jack the car up if I had a flat or wanted to rotate the tires. I could not find any down arrow or triangle to mark the locations on my car(08 SS). They are supposed to be on the running board above the location, aren't they? Could someone show me a pic of the jack location and/or the marking that is supposed to be there so I can verify the proper jack point on my car? Thanks.

I've seen that pic elsewhere on the site, but it still doesn't really help me. What are the pinchweld flanges that is talkes about on that pic? I still don't understand why mine isn't labeled, or whether I am looking for the jack point triangles/arrows in the wrong place?

seam
the pinchweld is a seam , where it was welded from the factory. i believe that they should only be use for jacking , if you use the factory jack that should have a knotch cut out to fit over the seam so that is does not bend. i have not looked at the hhr , but this is the way most cars are made. if you use anouther type of jack or lift it may bend the seams. i don't know why they say that a car should be lifted there. i used to change tires , it was my job. most every car will have frame in other places.
