Angry Stalling when decelerating with rpms jumping around

Good afternoon everyone

I have been having a consistent stalling issue with my 2006 Chevy HHR 2.4L manual 5 speed. When I am decelerating at stop signs/ lights it will stall out.Initially I thought it was injectors so I unplugged them and pulled them off the block, when I checked them with a multimeter they all seemed fine at around 13.4 ohms. They did have a little gunk on them so I cleaned them off, but the issue still persists. I got a CEL after which where P0113,P0102,P0230. I think this may just be cuase by me starting the car with the MAF disconnected to check to make sure the injectors werent leaking. I appreciate any advice

Thank you in advance

P0230 is the fuel pump relay control circuit. The other 2 are from the MAF being unplugged.
Maybe the problem is found.

Tighten up the 4 bolts in the under hood fuse box, push all the fuses and relays firmly into their places . Swap the fuel pump relay and test

check the four bolts as well as replaced the MAF sensor. The shaking no longer happens at idle but now it just stall without warning when decelerating. This typically happens after driving on the highway coming to a complete stop.

There are a few of each relay in the fuse block. Like Oldblue said, swap the fuel pump relay with a known good relay, as a test.
