steering collum noise

I have a 2006 LT with 134K on it. I have a noise in my steering collum when I hit a bump. It sounds like it is inside the vehicle . Like something loose on the steering shaft. Anyone have an idea. I heard they had problems with the steering shafts back then

Use the search tool up on the top banner. There are at least 4 different things off the top of my head. sway bar bushings, sway bar links, intermediate shaft, Lower Control arm bushings, rack & pinion, tie rod ends and more.

Has anyone ever posted a HOME repair for the intermediate shaft?
Seems like replacing the whole shaft from the stealership is the only remedy.

I'm wondering if some epoxy or glue added somewhere along the shaft might work .
