Thumping sound/vibration

So Im drving to work this morning and when I hit 60km/h i feel this vibration and its gets worse and worse as I hit the highway and do 120 car feels likes its going to fall apart. It just started this morning, not an alignment issue but there is a sound as well. Sounds like I have a flat, but I checked all tire pressures and they're good! No lights on dash are on, just an intense vibration and noise like a run flat. Any ideas?

Have your tires checked for a possible separation or broken belt.

Torque lug nuts @ 100 ft. lbs. via correct tightening pattern.

ill have to check the weights, but from an exterior point of view the tires look fine, no nail or anything

Have you been rotating the tires regularly? How many miles on those tires? Check the tread wear, and see if you have cupping or feathered edges.....short wheelbase front drive cars can wear tires differently from front to back, so rotating often is key.
Have the wheels balanced, and check your front suspension and steering linkage for wear...
Good luck to you.
Please let us know what it was.

We had a 97 geo metro that we bought new......(pontiac firefly)....suzuki made piece of crap.
I never rotated the tires, and at 40k, the back tires were so cupped that when I put them on the front, they growled and howled like crazy, but the ones that were on the front were fine......I had such uneven wear that I have to spring for a new set....
That is what I was thinking about with my suggestion.
