Tighten Sunroof Glass
 

Is there a way or something to tighten the sunroof glass? It seems to rattle, and if I push on the glass it doesn't rattle anymore. Also when I shut the door, you can see it pop up quite a bit (from pressure I'd guess) but it does so more than on other HHRs, I've checked. So I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way or how to tighten the glass?

I thought once I saw something about it being adjustable in a shop manual, but I couldn't find how to adjust it.

I'd say fire off a PM to ChevyMGR and see if he can give you a heads up on how to adjust it. I never mess around with the sunroofs in cars, too fiddly and so many things to get boogered up with the mechanism.

I know you can one some cars, but I don't know about the HHR. Let us know what you find out!

Clean the weatherstripping with glass cleaner and then lubricate them with weatherstrip lube. Not really anything to tighten.

As far as the popping up on door closure...normal.
