Traction control

So I have been having a bit of a problem with my car. My car is a 2006 hhr lt. A few times this week, and many times before, my car decides to shut of traction control, and affects the way my car shifts. Between each gear it shifts hard as can be. Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome.
YES.
The search box can be your friend,
Is your CeckEngineLight illuminated? If so, you need to get the codes; go to Advance/Zone/O'reilly they will do it for free.

Most likely you are also hearing a loud noise coming from one or more corners, this would point to bad hubs/bearings.

This is assuming you have the optional ABS and/or a 2LT (2.4L engine).

Yes that is exactly what I have. And I am hearing kind of a rubbing noise coming from the right side. I've checked my swaybar links, struts, etc. so I'm thinking it might be the wheel bearing. That's for the help!
